  • As a Data Product Manager at monday.com you will live and breathe business and product opportunities which can be solved using data applications. You will work with your own fully stacked team to plan, develop and run data applications in order to improve our users’ experience and achieve our business goals. Your end users will be both monday.com’s users & internal employees. Meaning you will have a wide impact across the company while working with a range of different teams: from teams building our core product and up to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and more.

About The Role

  • You will own and lead your own domain within the Big Brain group. You will do so by working with a highly capable team of developers, data engineers, analysts and data scientists. You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company.
  • Your work will range as needed - from taking our A/B testing tools to the next level, through planning our top funnel lead mechanism, enhancing our customer support processes with automated replies using NLP models and up to working closely with our core product teams, innovating wherever you can to bring more value to our end users.   
  • You will collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team is always working on the most impactful things.
  •  You’ll evaluate the team’s solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests & surveys along with data analysis and AB tests
  • You will go deep into technical realms when needed, envisioning with your team a better data infrastructure that maintains data integrity and SLA on scale. 
  • You will have full understanding of our business, revenue and cost channels and will always ensure your team is working on the most impactful areas. 
  • You will assess, prioritize and execute on integrating 3rd party data providers while balancing the ‘build vs buy’ approach.


Your Experience & Skills

  • You are passionate about data. You are comfortable with generating hypotheses and insights from it, while also diving deep into technical domains such as ETLs, Data Lakes, data management and data integrity and more. 
  • You are knowledgeable enough to pull data on your own using SQL/Python from big databases. 
  • You worked on both internal and external initiatives and learned how to maximize user and business value with data applications. 
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of impactful shipping products.
  • You are a great human being. You’re all into teamwork- we’re not a great fit for genius jerks. 
  • You are passionate about building great user experiences, and you have a keen eye for details, UX, and design.
  • You communicate well. You can explain the rationale of product decisions, and you can motivate, lead, and champion a product without “formal” authority.
  • You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. You know your way around A/B tests, analytics tools and user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • You are a fast learner, adaptive, and feel at home in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Previous experience building internal data applications - advantage.
  • Previous experience with Machine Learning based products - advantage.
