monday.com is looking for full-stack engineers with a special passion for infrastructure to build a vision around development experience. You’ll join our Infrastructure Group based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

The team builds tools to create an easy-to-use, intuitive, and accessible development experience for the entire R&D, following the principle of being enablers, providing self-service solutions and guidance to better architecture and best practices in development.


About The Role

monday.com is looking for full-stack engineers with a special passion for infrastructure to build a vision around development experience. You’ll join our Infrastructure Group based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

Our DevEx team's primary focus is development experience and productivity.

The team builds tools to create an easy-to-use, intuitive, and accessible development experience for the entire R&D, following the principle of being enablers, providing self-service solutions and guidance to better architecture and best practices in development.


  • Build a platform to empower R&D to manage our services ecosystem, perform self-service actions, provide more control and better visibility as well as help in defining the happy path and best practices.
  • Answer all the following questions - “How do developers run their tests, which tools do they use, how much time does it take, and how do I create a new microservice..?”
  • Own the whole developer's ecosystem from local development (in the cloud) to production.
  • Be a part of a small team of highly talented engineers, working closely with multiple engineering teams across R&D, while taking full ownership end-to-end on impactful projects.
  • Our stack: Node.js, Typescript, AWS, K8S, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Redis, MySQL, ElasticSearch, and much more.


Your Experience & Skills

  • Strong coding and technical skills with a passion for infrastructure.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and carry out system architecture planning.
  • Experienced with building modern web applications and full application release cycles on a big scale.
  • Working in a cloud-based environment.
  • Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, self-learning abilities, and a sense of ownership.
  • Degree in Computer Science - advantage.
