We\u2019re obsessed with solving all the challenges you face at work during your day-to-day. It\u2019s our mission to create a product that\u2019s simple, beautiful and easy-to-use \u2014 one that you\u2019ll actually enjoy using. With that in mind, here are 10 new features and improvements we\u2019ve added to monday.com recently. We hope they make your workday way easier!<\/p>\n

Get started with monday.com<\/a><\/p>\n

1. Go wild with 20 gorgeous status colors<\/b><\/p>\n

We say that project management is better when it\u2019s visual, and things just got way<\/em> more so with the release of 20 beautiful status colors. There\u2019s also a new and improved edit mode for your status menu to reduce clutter. Go ahead \u2014 customize your labels and build that Barbie board of your dreams.<\/p>\n

2. Two-factor authentication now available for all plans<\/b><\/p>\n

Power to the people! Two-factor authentication offers an additional layer of security for your account. Any time someone on your team logs in from an unfamiliar device, they\u2019ll need to first confirm a code that\u2019s texted to their phone before they can continue. Once only available to Enterprise plans, we\u2019ve opened 2FA to all plans at no extra charge. It\u2019s a layer of security we think everyone deserves.<\/p>\n

3. Easily find tasks and projects that need love & attention<\/b><\/p>\n

In advanced board filtering, you can easily find what\u2019s marked as \u201cblank\u201d in one or all of your board\u2019s columns. For example, if your board has a person column, you can filter by “blank” to quickly see which tasks are unassigned and in need of a loving owner. You can also see which projects have no due date, which tasks are untagged…the list goes on. In essence, it\u2019s a great way to immediately identify all of the little \u00a0things you\u2019ve neglected, avoided, or overlooked. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

4. New #tags column to filter results across all your boards<\/b><\/p>\n

Tags<\/a> work like keywords or labels to organize your tasks, to-dos, and projects across all boards. Just click on a tag to get a filtered cross-board view of everything you\u2019ve tagged. You can also filter by tag within a single board. Learn more about how you can use tags.<\/a><\/p>\n

\"10<\/p>\n

5. New limited board permissions mode. For when trust only goes so far.<\/b><\/p>\n

Building the perfect board for your workflow is a beautiful thing \u2014 so, you don\u2019t want anyone to mess it up. Introducing \u201cEdit content\u201d permissions mode, where your teammates are free to change and edit pulses only<\/em>. This gives you all the benefits of collaboration without fear that someone will make major structural changes to your board.<\/p>\n

6. Insert new row below + column to the right with just one click<\/b><\/p>\n

Say goodbye to scrolling and dragging \u2014 you can now create a new column just to the right of an existing one with a single click. The same goes for adding a pulse below the one you’re working on. After all, sometimes it\u2019s the little things, and we think this should make a big difference.<\/p>\n

7. Mention @everyone on this board and @all guests for easier communication<\/b><\/p>\n

In addition to mentioning specific people and teams, you can now mention everyone who\u2019s subscribed to a board. On a shareable board, you can mention all your guests at once. This is a quick and easy way to communicate with the people you\u2019re working with. Just hit @ and give it a go.<\/p>\n

8. Don\u2019t search for things in your board; find them with command\/CTRL + F<\/b><\/p>\n

Have lots of pulses and can\u2019t find what you\u2019re looking for? We\u2019ve created a new shortcut to make your life easier. Just press command or control + F, start typing, and voila. You\u2019re right there in the Search\/Advanced Filter field of your board. We heart shortcuts.<\/p>\n

9. Improved year picker in the date and timeline column<\/b><\/p>\n

Planning for the future? We just made it a lot more convenient. You can now choose the year in the date and timeline column with a single click…rather than having to click 36 times to set a date 4 years from now. Hallelujah.<\/p>\n

10. New and improved desktop app is here<\/b><\/p>\n

Did you know we have a desktop app? We do! And it\u2019s better than ever. We made speed improvements and fixed some nagging bugs. Get it now for Mac<\/a> or Windows<\/a>.<\/p>\n
