Capture leads directly from Facebook Ads Manager into monday.com to manage your campaigns in one place <\/b>\ud83c\udf89<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>\u00a0<\/b>We\u2019ve amplified our Facebook ads integration to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.monday.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360010488779-Facebook-Ads-Integration\"><span class=\"s1\">support capturing leads from a Facebook ads form<\/span><\/a> so you can manage your campaigns and your work all in one place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As part of our ongoing efforts to make capturing leads more efficient, we\u2019ve built a new recipe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>How does it work, you ask?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Go into the FacebookAds integration and choose the following:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-49175\" src=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/facebook-1.png\" alt=\"when a form is submitted, create an item\" width=\"450\" height=\"316\" srcset=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/facebook-1.png 450w, https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/facebook-1-300x211.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Select the form you want to capture leads from, like this:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-49180\" src=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/facebook-2.png\" alt=\"Facebook Ads integration, how to pick a form\" width=\"450\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/facebook-2.png 450w, https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/facebook-2-300x119.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Map the form\u2019s column to your board\u2019s columns, like so:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-49185\" src=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/fb-3.png\" alt=\"Map the form\u2019s column to your board\u2019s columns, like so\" width=\"450\" height=\"388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/fb-3.png 450w, https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/fb-3-300x259.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">And that&#8217;s it! From here on out, when a new lead will be captured through a Facebook ad, it will create a new item on the board.<\/p>\n<h2><b>2. Adobe Creative Cloud integration improvements so there&#8217;s no need to leave Adobe CC to update your team<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">In October we announced a new <span class=\"s2\">integration with Adobe Creative Cloud<\/span>, and in recent weeks we decided to make it even more glamorous!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As such, we added new capabilities, such as being able to upload the files you\u2019re working on directly to a monday.com files column <a href=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/adobe-creative-cloud-plugin\/\"><span class=\"s2\">without ever leaving Adobe CC<\/span><\/a>. This way, when you tag your designer to devise a new blog cover, they don&#8217;t even need to leave Adobe CC in order to add it to the board and keep on doing what they do best.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We also added the ability to search in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adobe.com\/express\/create\" rel=\"nofollow\">Adobe Creative Cloud<\/a> to locate boards, groups, and items within monday.com, and are now able to support a variety of column types. Excel integration enhancements making importing data easier than ever<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Our integration with Excel is one of our most popular ones, so as always, our incredible R&amp;D team has found some ways to make it even more useful.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">It is now easier than ever to import data from Excel, whether it be this quarter\u2019s budget or tracking the different sites that have linked to your content, it\u2019s easy to sync it to an existing monday.com board!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We\u2019ll just let these gifs do the talking&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Changing this feature from this:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-49190\" src=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/import-excel-data-BEFORE.png\" alt=\"import excel data what is used to look like\" width=\"450\" height=\"388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/import-excel-data-BEFORE.png 450w, https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/import-excel-data-BEFORE-300x259.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>To this:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30445\" src=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/excel-import.gif\" alt=\"excel import gif\" width=\"600\" height=\"421\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">On top of that, you can now skip\/merge items based on a specific column value to an existing board, so if you need to update the list of leads from a campaign, you can make sure you automatically merge any duplicates and keep your data clean and up to date.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Already wondering how you can import this wizardry to a <a href=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/productivity\/workflow\/\"><span class=\"s2\">workflow<\/span><\/a> near you?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Here you go:<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><b>4. Our brand new apps marketplace (and its mobile version) to expand your capabilities (and monday.com&#8217;s)<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">In October, we launched our <a href=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/marketplace\"><span class=\"s2\">apps marketplace<\/span><\/a>, and have since added a mobile version for your convenience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Haven\u2019t yet discovered what exactly our apps marketplace is? It gives users, partners, and builders the freedom to build apps on top of the monday.com platform! Welcome the item card, to make keeping track of moving parts easier<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Say goodbye to endless scrolling to find the exact ad\/lead\/item you\u2019re looking for! With the Item Card, you can now see all your item\u2019s information in one place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This new feature works by gathering the data from your existing columns and displays it in the form of a card, so it\u2019s much easier to keep track of the different agencies, freelancers, and everyone you\u2019re working with on every campaign you\u2019re working on.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This is particularly useful if your board has a lot of columns, but who doesn\u2019t in the marketing world?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To install it, you will find <span class=\"s2\">the Item Card<\/span> in the Item View Center. To get there, open any of your items and click on \u201cAdd View\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-40061\" src=\"https:\/\/monday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Item-card.gif\" alt=\"gif showing how to use the item card\" width=\"984\" height=\"492\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Next, select Item Card and click on \u201cAdd Widget\u201d. And tada, you are all set! The Item Card will appear as a new tab in your updates section.
