So, how does Wrike’s pricing work?<\/h2>\n

We\u2019ll go over Wrike’s different pricing plans and show you monday.com’s pricing<\/a> as a comparison \u2014 so you can make the best decision for your company\u2019s future. But in short, Wrike’s pricing works based on 3 paid plans: Professional, Business, and Enterprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For basic project management, you can go with Wrike’s Professional plan, which is made for up to 15 team members and costs $9.80 per user per month. In comparison, you can get monday.com’s Basic plan for any amount of users<\/strong> for $8 per user per month.<\/p>\n

Wrike for marketers and professional services offers specific deatures under their \u201cBusiness\u201d plan. But for the sake of our review, we\u2019ll keep it to Wrike’s 3 main plans to understand how much Wrike costs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Professional Plan\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

First up, let\u2019s look at the cost for this plan: $9.80 per user\/month for 5, 10, or 15 users.<\/p>\n

When broken down into the raw numbers, you\u2019ll be spending between $49-$147 per month<\/b>, <\/b>depending on your team\u2019s size.<\/p>\n

What do you get with the Wrike Professional plan?<\/b><\/h4>\n

  • C<\/a>ollaboration with added rolls (collaborators), task and subtask management, and shareable dashboards<\/li>\n
  • Option to utilize a Gantt Chart<\/a> for simple status updates and project feedback<\/li>\n
  • Increased storage, starting at 5GB<\/li>\n
  • Video uploads enabled, up to 15GB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This level is probably the bare minimum for remote teams that need a custom workflow.<\/p>\n

    But is it worth it?<\/p>\n

    Maybe.<\/p>\n

    The biggest weaknesses here are the lack of automation<\/a> and the relatively small storage space.<\/p>\n

    You will likely need to pay for more than the 5GB storage (which you can use quickly in any project management software<\/a>) if you want to save historical project data as your company grows.<\/p>\n

    2. Business Plan\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Again, we\u2019ll start with a look at costs: $24.80 per user\/month between 5-200 users.<\/p>\n

    Broken down, that\u2019s between $124-$4,960 per month <\/b>depending on how many people you\u2019ll have using the system.<\/b><\/p>\n

    What do you get with the Business plan?\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n

    Here\u2019s a look at what\u2019s included:<\/p>\n

      Wrike also offers a number of add-ons for its Business Plan, such as Wrike Proof (for online markup and approval of documents) and Wrike Publish (for connecting a Digital Asset Management<\/a> system). But these all come at an additional cost.<\/p>\n

      To be a software that scales with your business, flexibility is key. To scale meet business needs, customizations are not always enough. For example, if you rely on certain platforms that are less common, you may prefer to develop your own customizations and integrations.<\/p>\n
