Easier Timeline view, new board linking, and more!
We were so happy to see all of the positive feedback from our first Inside Our Captain’s Log! Item titles in Timeline are now sticky!
Have a project spanning days, weeks, or months? Now, in Timeline view, the names of each item will remain visible as you scroll across. With a quick scroll, you and your team can easily understand the scope of your project and the individual items within it. No more trying to remember which item is which – woohoo!

Titles for short items are always visible!
If you have items that only stretch over a few days, you no longer need to hover to read the title. With one quick look, you can see which item you should focus on day-by-day.

Link items from a “low level” personal board to a “high level” team board!
Prepare for next-level productivity! We have added two new recipes to help you organize your personal and team-wide boards. You can now mirror items from a high-level board to a low-level board.
How does it look in practice?
If you have one main board your team works from (the high-level board), you can now mirror items and updates to your personal board through status updates. So, for example, if you want only items that are ready to start working on to appear on your personal board (the low-level board), you can set it up so that when status changes to “ready to work on” (or anything else) that item is created in your personal board and linked to the high-level board.
With updates, status changes, and more mirrored between boards, each team member is free to organize their workflows how they see fit, while making sure all actions are mirrored so teams are always informed.
